We are pleased to announce that one of our group companies, Atinn Inc. has created 500 new monthly furnished apartments that are available for reservations from February 2022. With the addition of Residence Tokyo, we now manage a grand total of 1,600 units throughout Tokyo.
Before Japan closed its borders due to the outbreak of COVID 19, Residence Tokyo’s furnished apartments were very popular with international clients, who often utilized these facilities during short business trips and while on longer term assignments in Japan. Until now, almost 90% of the total residents were from outside of Japan, and most of the residents were travelling alone.
Although Residence Tokyo monthly apartments are now managed by Atinn Inc., the website and the brand name “Residence Tokyo” remain unchanged in order to ensure that existing clients are able to make inquiries and reservations without any inconvenience.
