Job Description

*Assess and respond to the needs of each particular client or assignment (corporate and private clients)

*Source suitable accommodation in the requested area and follow up with all inquiries related to it

*Coordinate the whole relocation process with corporate clients  

*Identify and develop client/business relationships in a competitive environment

*Advise on and offer the most appropriate and best solution for attracting new clients

*Network to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities

*Provide all necessary support and assistance to our international clients

What We Require

We are looking for an energetic team player, who is ready to work with international corporate and private clients visiting Japan for business, leisure and other purposes.

The ideal candidate is a person who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, is capable of collaborating and contributing to the team success by maintaining good business relationship with existing clients and building a bridge between new clients to generate win-win business opportunities.

Other requirements:

*Fluency in English and Japanese

*University or college degree

*Work experience in the relocation industry is preferred, but not essential

*Excellent time management and organizational skills

*Must be responsible and punctual

*Must reside in Japan
